Registration opens at 8am on the 21 – 22 April 2027.

PAY360 afterparty is open to everyone, which will run from 16:55 – 19:00.

How to get there

By Train

The event is located centrally within Excel. The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to the venue. Access can be via Custom House for the main entrance on the west side of ExCeL, or Prince Regent for the east entrance.

The closest DLR stop and Elizabeth line is Customs House.

DLR (Docklands Light Railway) - All trains towards Beckton/Gallions Reach will stop at Custom House and Prince Regent.

London Underground - The Elizabeth Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London.

For travel to Excel London please use postcode E16 IXL.

Travelling from abroad?

If you are planning to visit the UK, you may need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before you travel. The process is simple and can be completed online or through the official app.

How to apply

  • Download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

  • Provide your contact and passport details, upload a suitable photo, and answer a short set of questions.

  • When you travel, make sure you use the same passport you used for your ETA application.

When to apply

  • Most applicants will receive an automatic decision within minutes when using the ETA app. However, the government recommends applying at least three working days before your travel date to allow enough time for processing.

If your application is rejected or refused

If your ETA application is rejected, you will be told the reason and can submit a new application.

If your application is refused, you cannot appeal the decision. Instead, you will need to apply for a visa before travelling to the UK.
