ExCeL Car Park
Please note that the car park will be open for pre-booked cars only on our event dates.
All on-site parking must be pre-booked. The car park will not be available for unbooked vehicles (if you have not booked you will be directed to other nearby parking facilities)
Getting to the car park
The entrance to the venue car park can be found using What3words reference: what3words.com///cheer.events.began
Please turn off on the A112 junction taking Tollgate Road southbound. If using a Sat Nav, please enter the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park.
Access to the car park is only via the A13, please see map below.
By Train- closest DLR stop and Elizabeth line is Customs House.
DLR (Docklands Light Railway)
The Docklands Light Railway (known as the DLR) is part of the London Underground network. Two of the stations, Custom House, and Prince Regent, are on our campus.
Check your event listing for the entrance for your event. Alight at Custom House* for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.
DLR services: All trains towards Beckton/Gallions Reach will stop at Custom House and Prince Regent.
London Underground
The Elizabeth Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London.
London Overground
The London Overground, part of the London Underground network, serves a large part of Greater London and parts of Hertfordshire with 112 stations on several routes. The Overground is highlighted in Orange on the Tube map.
The DLR and Jubilee Line can be connected from multiple Overground lines such as Stratford, Canada Water, and Shadwell. It’s also possible to join the Overground and travel to ExCeL London from Euston station.
Blue Badge Parking
There are number of disabled parking bays at ExCeL that are spread across the car park. Disabled blue badge holders can park free of charge in designated disabled parking bays.
There are* 80 bays suitable for accessible drivers on-site across Orange car park. These are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m.
Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors.

Please note: the car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height.

Venue
There are two stations adjacent to the venue – Custom House and Prince Regent, both of them are step-free.

ExCeL is a large venue and our central boulevard is 600m long.
All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door.
Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access. The accessible toilets are located at the following points: Between South Halls S9/S10 Between North Halls N10/N11 on level 0 South Gallery level 2 and the dock edge on level 0 Prince Regent walkway Level 0 at the east end of the venue

Other venue facilities and features
Provision has been made for non-visual indication of stair locations for those with impaired vision. Strong tactile differences in paving are provided to indicate hazardous areas, e.g. dock edge indicated by cobble stone surface. Door vision panels giving a zone of visibility between 900mm and 500mm above floor level are provided on all public access doors.
Self service equipment such as cash point machines are located at levels suitable to wheelchair users. Bars and self-service counters and the seating areas are accessible to wheelchair users. Pictographic signs and symbols have been used to guide people around the building.
Access to the main entrance of the building from the onsite carpark is via designated walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors. Exhibition-only tickets will gain you access into our exhibition floor, and exhibition floor theatres. Delegate tickets will gain you access into our exhibition floor, exhibition floor theatres, and the Delegate Villiage. You will be able to upgrade your ticket on the day by visiting the registration desk.
Registration opens at 8am on the 25th and 26th March 2026.
The easiest way to access your badge is through printing at home. If you can’t print your badge at home, bring your QR code, which will be emailed to you and we can print it on site for you. If you have not registered you can turn up and register on the day.
PAY360 runs from 8:30am – 7pm on 25th March and 8:30am – 3pm on 26th March.
PAY360 Afterhours Everyone is welcome at PAY360 Afterhours, which will run from 16:55 – 19:00
Sponsors, exhibitors, VIP’s, speakers, moderators, and delegates will be given a preloaded fob. Exhibition-only tickets will not get a fob, however if you would like to upgrade, you can do so on the day.
If you have an issue with your fob, please go to the fob collection point and we will be able to assist you.
Yes, you will be able to get food from any of our Tap n’ Taste areas. Food is also available outside of the exhibition hall on the boulevard. Delegates will be able to purchase food and drinks with their pre-loaded fob. Exhibition-only tickets will be able to purchase food and drink with traditional payment methods.
