I am a Partner in the Financial Services practice at EY, leading our FinTech sector growth focus for the UK. The FinTech practice serves FinTechs, corporate clients and private equity investors on a wide range of strategic, operational, capital raising and deal-related issues. Prior to this, I spent a decade in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice working on a range of M&A deals for both corporate and PE clients.
