Having spent over 20 years working in the insurance industry, with almost 15 years in the Counter-Fraud space, Stephen is excited to lead the Counter-Fraud function at Confused.com and to be building on an excellent foundation of counter-fraud work already in place.
In collaboration with all of our partners, his role gives him the freedom to explore new initiatives to reduce fraud and ensure efficiency as well as accuracy in the business’s fraud systems across multiple product lines.
It gives endless opportunities to work with the wider Insurance Industry as a whole and with numerous organizations within the insurance and financial services industry to achieve these aims. This includes continued collaboration with, and supporting the aims of the IFIG,IFB, IFED and CIFAS.
