Sean Forward is the Business Manager for Digital Currency at ClearBank leading its Digital Assets business.
Sean comes from a strong business background, most recently as the UK CEO of Payabl, a FCA regulated E-Money Institution, where he established the UK office, recruited the team and steered the company through its UK regulation with the Financial Conduct Authority. Sean has been involved for several years with the Payment Association, Digital Currency working group and has been a regular commentator and contributor to industry thought leadership on the topic.
Prior to his role at Payabl, Sean was the founder of Powercard Limited, a payment card programme management company that provided industry leading Visa and Mastercard, card and e-wallet solutions.
