With a background in traditional banking and experience in founding EMI’s in multiple jurisdictions, Noyan is a true believer in everything fintech. As Co-CEO of Cardaq, a UK based Issuer and Acquirer with a full range of payment services, Noyan is focused on plans for global expansion and new product releases. As Deputy Chair of the PA Advisory Board, he continues his passion to support the fintech industry in areas such as cross boarder payments but especially in the inclusion sector. In his spare time he is also a Governor and trustee of 12 independent schools.
