Nadia Co-Founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010; a leading Financial Technology recruitment firm. Having recruited in the financial services technology sector for 19 years, Nadia has been responsible for helping companies grow and people grow their careers whilst driving inclusion in the sector. As Chief Customer Officer, she runs the Podcast Series, ‘Fintech’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Discussions’, to share the challenges and successes of those driving equitable change in the industry. Nadia has written a book: ‘FinTech Women Walk the Talk: Moving the Needle for Workplace Gender Equality in Financial Services and Beyond’- and it quotes 100+ of her podcast interviewees. Her campaigns for gender equality include the award-winning “Talent Equity List” that gives companies continual visibility of female technologists looking for work.
