Melanie has a passion for payments, particularly Open Banking. This is evident when noting her extensive experience in strategy, project delivery and ownership of payment services.
She started her payments career at HMRC, joining their Payments Strategy team over 12 years ago where she led the implementation of the first ever Government use case for Open Banking as well as delivering the first payment service into the HMRC app.
Starting at PayPoint in the final months of 2024, her role involves managing & developing the full suite of digital payments products with a focus on their Open Banking offering.
