Lynne is the Head of Merchant Services Lab at Lloyds Banking Group, where she has been leading product and service innovations for the Cardnet business since November 2023. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at Afterpay including Senior Director of Consumer Card Products, overseeing the global consumer card program and in-store operations in the UK. Her experience also includes significant positions at PayPal, focusing on strategic partnerships and product development in Australia, as well as roles at Western Union and Investec.
