Lauran leads Payments Data for NatWest Payments Technology, a UK bank that is driving the ownership of data products through a complex architectural stack whilst benefiting from regulatory compliance (ISO20022). She leverages artificial intelligence to transform payments data and optimise front-to-back data flows into strategic assets, ensuring quality and operational integrity throughout the data lifecycle. Before joining NatWest in January 2024, Lauran was at Nationwide Building Society, where she spearheaded technical implementations, including print and digital communication capabilities. Her early career was spent at JP Morgan, gaining extensive experience across the Investment Bank, Securities, and Treasury departments, which laid the groundwork for her current expertise in financial technology.
