Kathy has worked in risk and compliance for nearly 20 years, in a career covering some of the world’s largest banks such to tiny fin-tech start ups. She’s currently the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Uber Payments UK, and was previously Director of Compliance at Monzo.
Kathy strongly believes in compliance and risk as enablers for growth and innovation and is passionate about inclusion and diversity in her professional and personal lives.
