Julian Buhagiar

Julian is an investor and co-founder of RB Capital, a specialist M&A and funding brokerage in gaming, fintech and media. He is General Partner of Yolo Investments, a venture capital firm founded in 2017 which has rapidly grown to the point where it now supports more than 80 businesses across five funds, with assets under management of more than $500 million.
Through RB Capital, Julian has brokered deals well in excess of $340m in addition to his work at Yolo, and has experience funding, building and selling businesses across several blue-chip verticals, with a particular expertise on key issues within affiliate networks, blockchain and digital rights management. In December 2023, Yolo Investments announced the launch of a new flagship investment fund, Yolo Fund II, which will expand the group’s investments across gaming, blockchain, fintech and other emerging technologies.
