Helen leads the Everyday Banking Team at Lloyds Banking group, helping 26million UK customers with their Banking and Savings needs, and helping over 21million customers bank through their mobile app. Helen has been at the forefront of innovations in the UK Banking market for nearly 30 years, always in roles where she can help support customers. At Lloyds she is proud to work with a team that are putting digital innovation at the heart of improvements for customers, whilst also working with colleagues in branches and on the phone to be there for our customers. She is passionate about helping customers and using technology to transform their banking experiences. She has been recognised for her work in Banking, receiving Woman of the Year from Altfi (2022), Women In Finance Woman of the Year (2022) and Banker of the Year (2021) and Marketing Weeks CX50 (2020 and 2019). She is also a keen sportswoman, and represented Great Britain in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, in Archery.
