Heather Xiao is Founder and CEO of Horizon Zero, a smart data and digital innovation consultancy exploring how trusted data infrastructure and AI can enable better societal and financial outcomes. Her work focuses on connecting policy, industry and technology to support cross-sector innovation, including initiatives addressing financial resilience and vulnerable customer support. Heather was a finalist in the UK Department for Business and Trade Smart Data Challenge Prize and participated in the Financial Conduct Authority’s Supercharged AI Sandbox.
