Ellie leads the customer, commercial and propositional workstream for Pay.UK’s Fraud Programme, which captures the delivery of key initiatives such as Confirmation of Payee expansion, and Pay.UK’s enablement of the PSR’s APP Scam Reimbursement Policy. Previously, she spent more than a decade in senior commercial and management roles with RFI Global, consulting to the financial services industry, working with the global, regional, and national banks and payments companies across the UK, Asia Pacific, and North America. Now back in the UK, after 20 years living and working internationally, Ellie is appreciating the Kent countryside where she lives with her Australian daughter, and two Singaporean cats.
