She has worked with various global organisations encompassing the value chain of payments including Acquirers, Card Issuers, Money Remitters, Merchants and Marketplaces. Through her experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in a variety of areas including customer operations, product innovation, regulatory strategy and payment partnerships. She’s currently the Chief Operating Officer at Uber Payments UK, where she is responsible for managing robust first line operations resulting in consistently good customer outcomes in the UK.
