In preparation for PAY360, we asked Denise some questions about Enfuce, partnerships and B2B payments. See the Q&A below:

1. How is Enfuce accelerating innovation in B2B Payments?

Together with our customers, we at Enfuce are constantly looking for ways to boost digital user experience, as we share an understanding that B2B users are increasingly expecting the same high level of user-friendliness, speed, and features from their cards and payments that they get as consumers. We innovate together to embed payments smoothly into B2B buying journeys, making great user experience and full compliance shake hands along the way.

2. What are the cornerstones of a good partnership – please share recent learnings.

A successful partnership is built on open communication. When we can be sure that the partner will speak out, share knowledge, and keep us informed even when things don’t go as planned – especially then – that creates an atmosphere of transparency and trust.

A true partnership is a win-win for both parties. Both get to contribute and both get value out of the partnership. Finding that win-win is often easy and intuitive when the parties share values or have the same ambition level.

3. What can we look forward to from your session at Pay360?

An honest discussion and genuine founder insights into what it’s like to be a challenger and build a start-up in B2B payments. I’m really honoured to have been able to witness Memo Bank’s journey from a close proximity and contribute to it with Enfuce, and I know the audience will be inspired by their spectacular rise to the B2B banking space in France.
