Connie Blacklock is a Vice President at J.P. Morgan within the Corporate and Investment Bank and the Head of Real Time Payments for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She has responsibility for the end-to-end product strategy for Real-Time payments including the product buildout, future roadmap, global connectivity and commercialization across EMEA.

Prior to this role Connie spent 4 years as Switzerland and Expansion Country Product Manager, responsible for defining and driving the strategy for payments products in Switzerland in addition to the rollout of expanded footprint into new locations across EMEA. Prior to joining the EMEA Core Cash Product team in 2017, Connie spent 6 years in a variety of Global Technology Analyst and Product Owner roles driving application development, in addition to designing methods of identifying revenue driving opportunities through Machine Learning techniques.

Throughout her career, Connie has also supported multiple diversity agendas leading Women in Technology Bournemouth, a forward-thinking work-life-balance and productivity endorsing Dynamic Working initiative and currently a lead within the Women in Payments initiative.

Connie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in Organisations from the University of Southampton, UK.
