She led the B Corp Certification, a prestigious designation that recognises organisations meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. This was a key part of navigating the ESG evolution for CAB during its recent pivotal transition to a PLC.
Charlie brings deep cross-sector knowledge in financial services and international development, combined with fund-raising, and complex key account management, focused on the public and private sectors.
Charlie holds an MA in Global Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and is a Rugby World Cup Winner.
Passionate about Sustainability and ESG; Charlie is a Board Member of the United Nations Global Compact Network UK (UNGC Network UK), an Advisory Board Member for ESGmark, and a regular moderator and panellist.
