Carly is accountable for the definition and delivery of NatWest Group’s Cash Strategy and the management of industry, regulatory and political engagement on cash – including on FCA Access to Cash and Bank of England Wholesale Cash Distribution legislation. Carly has also been a key player in the establishment & ongoing strategic direction of the Cash Access UK company, which delivers shared banking solutions across the UK.
Carly’s work in payments is informed by a track record of success across a broad portfolio of strategy & transformation roles spanning regulatory programmes, digital propositions, artificial intelligence, embedded finance, and sustainability. Before her career in financial services, Carly completed a BA (Hons) in Critical Theory & Social Justice and an MA (Hons) in Comparative Ethnic Conflict.
