Andrew Pym leads the Operational Resilience function at Monzo, where he has spent over six years shaping the bank’s approach to managing operational disruptions. As Head of Operational Resilience, he is responsible for safeguarding critical services, coordinating bank-wide incident management and business continuity, and ensuring a consistent approach to resilience across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this he spend 6 years working at Deloitte as an operational resilience consultant, working with a range of financial services clients.
