Adam Nordin is a strategy and digital transformation leader with over ten years of experience across banking, insurance, and financial services. He has delivered complex, high-impact programmes for leading global institutions, driving business growth through operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology-led innovation.
Adam has held senior consulting roles at EY London and Visa Europe, advising banks and financial institutions on strategy, transformation, and large-scale change initiatives. In 2022, after more than two decades living and working in the United Kingdom, he returned to Malaysia to establish a consulting and digital payments business, where he contributed to several government-led payments programmes. In 2025, he joinedVIP360 as Head of Acquiring, where he was responsible for building and scaling the company’s acquiring business.
Adam holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield (UK) and has completed executive education in Fintech Strategy at the University of Oxford, further strengthening his expertise in the evolving digital finance and payments landscape.
