Abhi is the Global lead in Simon-Kucher’s Payments Competence Center bringing over 13 years of strategy consulting expertise. Abhi has had project experience in the entire spectrum of Payment value chain and ecosystem – in the last three years alone he led 20+ projects for players ranging from PSP/acquirers to Payment schemes to Infrastructure/Software providers. He focuses on business growth, identifying and developing revenue opportunities, and pricing and sales management. In particular, he specializes in developing go to market strategies, proposition design and fit, pricing for both B2B and B2C and improving sales effectiveness, including sales incentives.
Prior to Simon-Kucher, Abhi worked for four years at a leading European financial conglomerate with global operations and holds a dual degree in Management with a focus on strategy from HEC-Paris and CEMS. Prior to that he attained a distinction in B.A. (Honours) Economics from Delhi University.
