Abhi is a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners’ Payments Competence Center and has 10 years of strategy consulting experience. He has had project experience in the entire spectrum of Payment value chain – in the last three years alone he executed 15+ projects for players ranging from PSP/acquirers to Payment schemes to Aggregators to Software providers. Focusing on business growth, identifying and developing revenue opportunities, and pricing and sales management, he specializes in: Developing go to market strategies, Proposition design and fit, Pricing for both B2B and B2C, and Improving sales effectiveness, including sales incentives. Prior to Simon-Kucher, Abhi worked for four years at a leading European financial conglomerate with global operations. Abhi holds a dual degree in Management with a focus on strategy from HEC-Paris and CEMS. Prior to that he attained a distinction in B.A. (Honours) Economics from Delhi University.
