Laura McCracken is the CEO of Blackheath Advisors Ltd. She describes herself as a “board alchemist” – partnering as a catalyst with Chairmen and CEOs to shape governance, strategy, leadership and culture. During her 30-year career, she served in global and regional general management roles in some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Accenture, Meta, Amazon, Citi and American Express. She has also served as Chairman / INED on several boards, such as Guavapay, WUKI, Romcard, AIG Life, The Payment Association and MPE. Having lived in London, Luxembourg, Singapore, New York and Los Angeles, Laura brings a global perspective to her clients. She earned MBA degrees from Columbia and London Business Schools.
