Adam Nordin is a strategy and digital transformation leader with over tenyears of experience across banking, insurance, and financial services.He has delivered complex, high-impact programmes for leading globalinstitutions, driving business growth through operational excellence,process optimisation, and technology-led innovation.
Adam has held senior consulting roles at EY London and Visa Europe,advising banks and financial institutions on strategy, transformation, andlarge-scale change initiatives. In 2022, after more than two decades livingand working in the United Kingdom, he returned to Malaysia to establisha consulting and digital payments business, where he contributed toseveral government-led payments programmes. In 2025, he joinedVIP360 as Head of Acquiring, where he was responsible for building andscaling the company’s acquiring business.
Adam holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield (UK) and hascompleted executive education in Fintech Strategy at the University ofOxford, further strengthening his expertise in the evolving digital financeand payments landscape.
