Faith Reynolds is a senior adviser and non-executive with expertise across retail finance, digital payments and financial inclusion. Her work focuses on how to leverage industry innovation and regulatory action to drive better outcomes for consumers. Faith is a member of the UK Payments Vision Engagement Group and previously served on the boards of the Payment Systems Regulator, the Current Account Switch Service and Fair4All Finance. She was also a long-standing member of the FCA Financial Services Consumer Panel. Faith is currently a Non-Executive Director at NEST and a board adviser to TISA and ElectraLink, and advises The Connection Project on inclusive digital payments. She has recently worked with the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance as a Module Co-Lead on competition in digital payments.
