Gareth is a corporate and commercial banker with 20 years of experience in financial services and fintech, with much of that time spent working closely with small and medium-sized businesses as a Relationship Director and in various leadership roles across client-facing and product teams. As Head of Business Management at Allica, Gareth leads the bank’s client relationship and business development teams. Gareth’s passion lies in supporting the plans and financial ambitions of business owners, helping them build resilience into their business models, navigate through times of uncertainty, and access the funding and financial support to grow and expand.
