Gavin leads the Payment and Cards product team for the GPS Europe Business. A career banker, he has led teams in product, strategy, client management, and operations for the past 19 years. Prior to joining HSBC in 2024 Gavin held roles at RBS and Lloyds bank. A specialist in domestic and cross-border payments, he has also led product teams in acquiring, FX, liquidity, cards, and data.
