On the day

What is the difference between an Exhibition-only ticket and a Delegate Ticket?

Delegate tickets give you access to the exhibition, exhibition floor theatres, and the Conference Village (including 3 Conference spaces), and a pre-loaded payment wearable to use at catering stands.

Exhibition-only tickets give you access to the exhibition and exhibition floor theatres. You will still be able to purchase food at our catering stands using card or contactless payment methods. You will be able to upgrade your ticket on the day by visiting the registration desk.

Registration opens at 8am on the 25th and 26th March 2026.

The easiest way to access your badge is through printing at home. If you can’t print your badge at home, bring your QR code, which will be emailed to you and we can print it on site for you. If you have not registered you can turn up and register on the day.

PAY360 runs from 8:30 – 16:55 on 25th March and 8:30 – 15:00 on 26th March.

PAY360 afterparty is open to everyone, which will run from 16:55 – 19:00.

Catering Payment Fob

Who gets a wearable?

Delegates and VIP’s will be given a payment fob, preloaded with funds, to spend at any retail unit inside the event on both days.

Exhibition-only tickets will not receive a payment fob.

Delegates can collect their fobs from the Information Desk, located on stand C1b in-between both hall entrances.

Yes, you will be able to purchase food from any of our Tap n’ Taste and Tap n’ Drink areas. Food is also available outside of the exhibition hall on the boulevard, although Catering Payment Fobs can only be used at the catering units inside the event.

Exhibition-only tickets may purchase food and drink using traditional payment methods (i.e. cash and card).
