Masha is a payments expert whose carrier in payments spans nearly 30 years. Her expertise in the payments business stems from her years at companies such as Visa and Microsoft then Worldline, Cybersource and Mastercard where she worked up to executive and board roles across disciplines and the value chain of Payments and FinTech. Masha became an independent consultant in 2012 at Payment Options Ltd and has been focusing on providing strategic and very practical advice to merchants, payment companies, investors and banks on payment processing, fraud and identity management, compliance and partner selection as well as the latest payment and innovation trends, competitive positioning and payment strategies both directly and as an Associate for other well known consultancies. Masha also has a unique experience of helping B2C and B2B marketplaces understand and set up payment orchestration for over a decade.
Leveraging many years of senior management expertise, Masha also acted as a Board Advisor at Limonetik/Thunes as well as few other start ups including PaySME and XanderPay, she currently holds Non-Executive Director position at Trust Payments and is an Advisor at a number of well-known industry associations and forums.
Masha’s USP is in her hands-on approach and helping clients not only during the consulting projects but in teaching clients’ teams to build long lasting internal payment expertise. She brings her extensive knowledge of merchants, PSPs and Acquiring to the Payments Association.
