Currently serving as the Managing Director of Lifestyle, part of Motivates, Adam is an expert in designing and implementing reward, loyalty and acquisition solutions that drive engagement and performance. As Co-Chair of the Gift Card and Voucher Association, Adam contributes to the advancement of industry standards. With a proven track record of creating, growing, and stabilising Gift Card programs, Adam has successfully worked with both retailers and agencies to deliver impactful, results-driven solutions in the Gift Card and Employee Reward sectors.
