I’m Bhagya Reddy, an Executive Director of Data Intelligence & Data University at VMO2, with nearly two decades of experience in the data industry. Previously, I held a similar role at UBS. I lead a team of 100+ professionals in data engineering, BI, and architecture, focusing on aligning technology with business priorities to drive meaningful outcomes. I believe true innovation happens when technology serves business needs, always putting the customer first.
Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and return-to-work initiatives, I founded my startup, TraininginData, to tackle challenges and create solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, gardening, hiking, and supporting my son in his automotive engineering journey.
