Q&A:

What can we look forward to from your session at PAY360 Digital?  Payments is if nothing else a connected networked business – I am therefore delighted to join such a diverse and experienced panel that reflects this reality. I am looking forward to the debate as we explore how we collaborate around our individual areas of expertise in the value chain as we continue to join forces and innovate to create great solutions and a better user experience for our customers.

Why is the topic important to you and your company? Why is the topic so important now?  Building great products and services for customers is as rewarding as it’s tough. But it is not a solo activity. At NatWest, we have a range of successful partnerships which have worked well for a number of years, it is all about collaboration. By separating  what has to be done from who does it by building partnerships that bring differing talents together, our customers win and our business gets to build better, smarter and simpler solutions. With payments as the  gateway, this creates a virtuous circle and is why Innovation and partnerships are core to  NatWest’s innovation strategy.
